Kyubey crochet pattern

A challenger appeared! A friend of mine asked me to make her a Kyubey (or Kyube, Kyuubee, QB or however you want to spell it) from the anime “Puella Magi Madoka Magica“. This was a really fun challenge, since I don’t know the series personally. So the ever so trusty internet was set to work for me to find out what I needed to know about this cute little critter. Turns out, its character isn’t as cute as it might look at first, but then again, looks are all that counts in the whacky world of amigurumi. So I set to work on making the cutest Kyubey I could make. And here’s the result:

And what kind of person would I be if I don’t share this pattern with the world? I do need to point out that this pattern can be a bit difficult. Especially the ears can be quite a pain to put together and I’m not sure if I explained it clearly enough. So as always, feel free to comment or contact me with any questions you have regarding the pattern.
